Changing lives through learning is what we do... and for this, within the corporate sector, we are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with strong consultative sales skills, who will be a strategic ally in the relationship between our corporate clients and Open English.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the B2B sales team in acquiring new clients in the North American market. They must have the ability to recognize a clear sales opportunity and know how to establish an effective pre-sales appointment for our external sales executives, being creative to reach the right prospects (comfort level when speaking with company managers and other decision-makers), and demonstrating effective oral and written communication skills, maintaining perseverance and dedication to make a productive volume of calls.

The day-to-day in this role:

Manage cold sales initiation and cross-sales of licenses to high-profile corporate companies. Provide assertive communication with prospected clients through phone calls, mailing strategies, sending commercial letters, text messages, and social media sites to schedule the highest number of effective appointments. Follow up on meetings, interviews, and contacts made. Prepare, structure, and deliver reports of corporate contact management at a Latin American level. Constantly study and optimize sales processes and commercial strategies with the aim of achieving the proposed objectives. Make notes in the CRM that reflect all client/prospect communications. Check email frequently and provide a quality response immediately. Keep up to date with the products, features, and benefits that Open English offers to its customers. The constant search and calls of potential clients to schedule a commercial visit. Receive incoming calls (from interested company clients) giving them the due management as stipulated by the immediate boss.

What is required for the role:

6 months experience prospecting B2B clients in the US and 1 year in other markets. 6 months experience in the sales area establishing appointments, calling medium and large companies. Creating direct sales opportunities in your contacts. Experience in handling CRM platforms. Full-time availability.
