✨ About The Role
- Collaborate with the Global Affairs team to help public sector actors unlock the benefits of OpenAI tools and products
- Educate stakeholders on AI adoption and use cases, outlining the value proposition, clarifying technical requirements, and answering product-related questions
- Provide solutions to stakeholders' needs by demonstrating how the ChatGPT product can deliver value through demos, use case scoping, and proof of concepts
- Act as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, explaining standardized collateral, guiding customers toward relevant resources, and escalating complex requirements
- Develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships during the evaluation and adoption process

- Experienced Sales Engineer with a minimum of 7 years in a pre-sales role, managing relationships with large, global organizations, and working with technical enterprise products
- Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing higher-level security and compliance support for technical B2B SaaS products
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially when engaging with executives and leaders

- Operates with high horsepower, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with expansive ownership
