✨ About The Role
- Responsible for serving as the technical lead for the Human Data team within the Research organization at OpenAI
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineering team to create new products and platforms around emerging research capabilities
- Architect, build, and design tooling, infrastructure, products, and evaluations for data collection and management platform
- Iterate rapidly to improve user and developer experience while advancing scalability, performance, observability, and security
- Mentor other senior engineers, drive high leverage projects, and ensure team engagement and milestones are delivered
