- Responsible for owning the full product development lifecycle for new people products end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, research team, and cross-functional team to design and build software focused on HR, culture, and recruiting
- Innovate on applying Large Language Models (LLMs) in HR, culture, and recruiting domains
- Work closely with People Team and leaders across the company to create impactful software products that support OpenAI's mission

- Experienced product engineer with a background in tech and product-driven companies, or as a former founder or early engineer at a startup
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, and backend languages like Python, with some experience in relational databases
- Interest in building company culture and recruiting top talent, with a curiosity about AI/ML applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, loosely defined environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative team player who can work with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge products
