- Design and build development and production platforms to power existing systems and enable new product capabilities

- Support globally deployed systems, including participating in an on-call rotation for critical incidents

- Experienced engineer with a background in building and scaling production systems, particularly in real-time communication products
- Strong focus on user experience and a track record of delivering products that meet customer needs
- Collaborative team player with a humble attitude, eager to support colleagues and contribute to team success
- Willingness to take ownership of problems from start to finish and continuously learn to achieve project goals
- Previous experience as a startup founder or early-stage engineer is a plus
