- Comfortable owning problems end-to-end and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Collaborative team player who can work closely with various stakeholders including product, design, and engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable solutions for consumer internet scale
