- A solid understanding of identity provider (IDP) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions is essential, with hands-on experience in administering systems like AzureAD, Jamf, and Intune.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments is important, along with a good grasp of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Apple Script.
- Experience with collaboration software like Google Workspace, Office 365, and Slack is necessary to ensure seamless integration and support.
- The candidate should have expertise in managing AV and telecom systems, including platforms like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
