✨ About The Role
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional pre-sales customer experience and providing technical expertise in the pre-sales process
- Collaborate with Sales, GRC, and Product teams to accelerate the time to sign and onboard new customers
- Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, explaining standardized collateral, and guiding customers towards relevant resources
- Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common questions and requirements discovered during the pre-sales process
- Foster customer advocacy, represent the voice of the customer with internal teams, and gather and relay customer feedback for product planning
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Sales Engineer with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations
- Proven track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
- Strong technical expertise in providing higher-level security and compliance support for technical B2B SaaS products
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially when engaging with executives and leaders
- High horsepower individual with strong problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing effectively
