- Experienced IT professional with 3-4 years of relevant experience in supporting corporate IT environments - Proficient in IDP and MDM solutions such as AzureAD, Jamf, and Intune - Skilled in troubleshooting Mac and macOS systems, as well as managing AV and telecom systems - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on customer service - Familiarity with collaboration software like Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian suite
