✨ About The Role
- Responsible for handling tickets, new hire onboarding, onsite Helpdesk support, asset deployment, and AV systems
- Support a zero-trust security architecture and suite of SaaS applications
- Collaborate with Security, People, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth operations and security of corporate infrastructure
- Orchestrate high-production all hands events and ensure seamless AV and telecom systems management
- Onsite role requiring 5 days a week in the San Francisco office
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced IT professional with 3-4 years of relevant experience in supporting corporate IT environments
- Proficient in IDP and MDM solutions such as AzureAD, Jamf, and Intune
- Skilled in troubleshooting Mac and macOS systems, as well as managing AV and telecom systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with collaboration software like Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian suite
