- Proven experience in obtaining and maintaining Authorization to Operate (ATOs) in highly restricted environments, particularly within government or regulated sectors.
- A deep understanding of US government security frameworks and policies, such as NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical program management skills, capable of multitasking and delivering complex programs under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and thrive in dynamic settings.
