- Responsible for owning the full product development lifecycle for new internal infrastructure and product experiences
- Collaborate with research teams to apply large language models and provide feedback
- Interface directly with leaders across the company to identify and solve critical bottlenecks
- Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations to create cutting-edge products
- Design solutions to address internal stakeholders' problems and iterate on applying the latest models

- Experienced engineer with a background in tech and product-driven companies, or as a founder or early engineer at a startup
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, and other web technologies, with some backend language skills like Python
- Interest in AI/ML is a plus, but direct experience is not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders within the company
