- Directly manage ICs / TLs on Human Data, collaborating with product managers and researchers to create new data solutions
- Build and grow high-performing teams to bring technology to millions of users worldwide with safety and reliability in mind
- Architect, build, and design tooling, infrastructure, products, and evaluations for data collection and management platforms
- Iterate rapidly to improve user and developer experience while advancing scalability, performance, observability, and security

- Experienced individual contributor with a Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in computer science, AI, machine learning, or related fields
