- Responsible for leading and managing a compute team focused on designing, deploying, and managing a massive compute fleet to support the business needs of OpenAI

- Experienced product leader with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Skilled in hiring, managing performance, and collaborating across different functions such as product, design, and business
- Technical expertise in scaling infrastructure systems and familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructures like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Previous experience in a hyper-growth company and growing teams in such an environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse perspectives and experiences to drive AI technology forward
