The Real Estate & Workplace (REW) team at OpenAI designs and manages spaces, programs, and services that empower our employees and advance our mission. Our team covers a diverse range of functions, including leasing, global operations, analytics, construction, workplace experience, and employee services. We strive to optimize the employee experience while maintaining operational excellence and financial discipline by focusing on flexibility, cost effectiveness, intentional design, and scalable, people-centric solutions.
The APAC Regional Operations Lead oversees the operations of multiple office locations within our APAC region, ensuring the offices in their region align with OpenAI's operational standards and culture. Their leadership will be crucial in coordinating the activities of in-region workplace operations managers to maintain and enhance the operational efficiency and employee experience across the region. They'll act as a bridge between the larger REW team, management and program operations team, and their local offices, driving the implementation of consistent practices, fostering a collaborative work environment, and highlighting and synthesizing unique local cultures with OpenAI's company culture.
This role will be based in our Singapore office and expected to be in office 5 days a week. Travel: ~20–30%, including at least 2+ visits per year to each office and quarterly visits to major sites or events.
