Position: Employee (m/f/d) Valuation/Appraiser (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Erfurt, we are looking for a new member starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Qualified review of property-specific documents to prepare our property valuations and close coordination with colleagues in the valuation department
• Independent communication in the scope of document procurement with clients, network partners, and public authorities
• Creation of mortgage valuation assessments according to § 24 BelWertV for renowned credit and financial institutions

Qualifications

• Successful completion as a banking professional (m/f/d), a corresponding qualification or a degree in real estate (e.g., real estate broker (m/f/d), degree in real estate management or architecture)
• Qualification, e.g., from HypZert (qualified to conduct simplified valuations in the small loan area according to § 24 BelWertV)
• Previous experience: minimum of 400 valuations created according to § 24 BelWertV
• Reliability and flexible handling of various requirements
• High quality standards
