The opportunity is from May 2026 to August 2027. As an Intern - Application and Infrastructure Operations Support, you will be paired with an IT Manager with an opportunity to work on different streams i.e. from Application Support to Infrastructure Support, including IT Service Management processes. The position is responsible for providing support and oversight for the portfolio of technology and process improvement initiatives that are collectively encompassed under IT Operations to support the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Processes and Solution Delivery.
The scope of accountability includes the support driving IT support by working closely with the Application or Infrastructure Support manager and leadership to help drive strategies to satisfy the operational requirements of the Information Technology Division and/or Corporate Division clients. The position provides support to our leadership in designing, implementing, and monitoring improvements to processes and related technology to drive improvements and efficiencies within the IT division.
As a member of the Technology Infrastructure team, you will work closely with department leaders to ensure processes meet the defined requirements and related objectives. You will assist in developing the IT Business Process Application roadmap and IT Support execution. Programs are organizational units established within Investment IT to provide information technology focus, for key lines-of-business and business processes, supporting the Investments, Finance, and corporate divisions.
