Dental Marketing Events Coordinator

Onsite Dental is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team! We partner with employers to provide onsite dental services as a valuable benefit for their employees. Our dental practices are equipped with cutting-edge technology and patient amenities, ensuring a fun, friendly, and comfortable experience. We are driven by our mission of Happy, Healthy, Here! and are looking for a dynamic individual to help bring this mission to life.

Responsibilities:

• Assists our Operations teams with marketing activities relating to Onsite Dental clients
• Implements on-site promotional campaigns, health fairs, café visits, and patient surveys in collaboration with the Operations Team
• Solicits information for and helps draft newsletters for patients, clients, and internal teams
• Contributes to a great team environment, fostering high integrity, highly productive and fun relationships, both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels and departments, both internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Front office/back office dental experience is preferred
• Travel required in assigned territory; paid mileage
