Job Description

EM Test Operation team is looking for a candidate with rich experience from the Semiconductor Industry to join us. This role is aiming to:

1. Ensure that onsemi can establish and maintain the test competences required by External Manufacturing.
2. Enhance the capacity and capability of supporting new strategic projects by supplying a wide range of test expertise.

EM Test Operation team is planning strategically to bring up this role to be the focal point for Test within onsemi. We are expecting this role to be capable of:

1. Leading EM Test team on product knowledge analyses
2. Coordinating on-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
3. Driving continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
4. Taking ownership of major subcons KPIs including:
1. MPE cycle time
2. Lot Reject Rate

Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing test manufacturing strategies and processes that align with our ambitious goals and strict standards.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ATE platform, hardware, test programs, and OSAT engineering teams to successfully implement test plans.
3. Leading cross-functional teams to support the mass production of all kinds of operation problem solving.
4. Analyzing test data and operation KPIs to determine trends, identify potential problems, and drive continuous improvement.
5. Ensuring that all test operations are conducted in compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

1. At least 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities.
2. At least 5 years of experience in playing leadership roles.
3. Familiar with Test Cell knowledge.
4. Familiar with Test Operation Flow.
5. Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
6. Proficient English is a MUST.
7. Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results.
8. Organized, focused on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
