Work with all factories (assembly/fab / logistic center) and cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Engineering, Marketing, Sales, BU, Warehouse, Planning, and CSR) to resolve issues related to customer requests
Drive and provide problem-resolution for recurring and systemic customer issues
Provide customer with Failure Analysis Report and Corrective Action report on time
Work with various cross-functional teams on timely product containment action and disposition taken while waiting for permanent corrective action to resolve customer issues
Support customers with Quality data requests related to part/device qualification by customers, PCN, and generic technical quality data request
Assist customer with factory visit/audit request
Conduct customer meetings on survey and performance measurements such as "QBR" and scorecard meeting
Complete customer EHS related surveys
