Job Title
Support layout analysis and evaluations for production lines and work areas
Assist in headcount (HC) analysis and manpower requirement calculations
Help validate MMR, OEE, and UPH based on established standards
Participate in time studies and standard setting activities
Collect, analyze, and validate production data for IE reports
Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare basic reports and presentations for IE and operations reviews
Follow established IE methods, tools, and standards
Qualifications
Education: BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience: 0–2 years of experience (internships or OJT considered)
Exposure to manufacturing or production environments is an advantage
Skills: Basic understanding of layout and process flow analysis; Autocad, Manpower and capacity calculations, MMR, OEE, and UPH concepts, Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis, Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
