Customer Service Representative
Are you a customer service rep that gets things done? Onin Staffing is partnering with a leading food and beverage company in Woodbury, MN to hire a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative. This is a 100% onsite position offering a great opportunity to join a stable and growing team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers
- Provide accurate information on pricing, inventory, and delivery updates
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain records in CRM/ERP systems
- Perform order entry and invoicing with strong attention to detail
- Match orders to invoices to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the team while working independently to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience using CRM and ERP systems (required)
- Strong 10-key and data entry skills (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Someone self-motivated, able to be both autonomous and team-oriented
- Willingness to work holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
