Job Details

Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
Position Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
Language Preference: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

What You'll Do

Assemble custom wooden crates for shipment
Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting
Read blueprints or basic diagrams to build crates to spec
Work safely and efficiently in a team environment

Ideal Candidate Has

At least 3 months of experience in crate manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or landscaping
Basic knowledge of blueprints and industrial tools
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
