The Challenge

The Sales Programs Leader is an execution focused role that will be responsible for the overall pipeline generation targets and its conversion to ACV. This is a pivotal role within the sales leadership team and will be responsible to design and implement pipeline programs that correct ACV gaps across all Geos and segment. This person will bring ideas to action and will be focus on getting things done in a timely and efficient manner focused on driving incremental improvements instead of perfection.

Your Mission

  • Pipeline business partner to sales leadership overseeing day to day execution of sales programs
  • Design and implement sales programs strategy at company level across all segments and all geographies through analytical insights and connections with marketing, sales development and sales
  • Coordinate and manage global marketing campaign execution focusing on driving activities at RVP, FLM, AE and sales development level
  • Own design and execution of sales initiatives campaigns to bridge shortage of pipeline at RVP level for both total revenue target and product breakdown
  • Develop reporting structure regarding all stage of pipeline funnel from creation to closing focusing on pipeline progression
  • Co-chair Global pipeline council and owner of RVP pipeline council to foster insights driven actions that accelerate revenue closing
  • Main point of contact for all pipeline tech tools (ZoomInfo, LeanData, etc) that brings together marketing, sales development, sales and tech teams for timely and smooth implementation and deployment
  • Hire, lead and manage a team of sales programs managers aligned to sales SVPs

You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in a program management, sales, sales readiness, marketing, business development, or similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • People Leaders, talent magnet that takes priding in recruiting and developing top talent
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing programs that drive business impact.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence across departments.
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the evolving sales landscape.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a can-do attitude.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range $149,625 - $199,500 USD
