We're looking for an energetic, high-ownership Sales Executive (SDR) to drive our outbound efforts and fuel the top of the sales funnel. This role is focused on lead generation → qualification → demo booking, with a strong emphasis on consistency and quality.
As a Sales Executive (SDR), you will own your outbound pipeline, executing outreach across multiple channels, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking high-quality demos for the sales team. You'll continuously experiment with messaging and approaches, use data to refine your outreach, and work closely with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates.
Your success will be measured by demo volume, lead quality, and conversion rates, and your ability to consistently hit or exceed demo targets.
