As an Associate Program Manager – Operations at One Impression, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of programs, campaigns, and internal processes. You'll use data to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and scale operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with minimal structure
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and highly organized
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of work experience (startup experience is a strong plus)
• Strong interest in data analytics with a solid working knowledge of SQL
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Curious problem-solver who enjoys breaking down complex challenges
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
