We are looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to support our growing EMEA Sales Organization. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Revenue Operations, you will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing, pan-EMEA sales structure. This is more than just a support roleโyou will be a strategic partner, working closely with sales leadership to drive operational efficiency and business success.
-Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, renewals, and other operational functions.
-Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for recent business acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into the sales organization.
-Drive key sales operations initiatives, including quota and territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales automation.
-Support sales commission calculations, sales rep performance tracking, and account/lead management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize sales effectiveness.
-5+ years of Operations, Finance, or relevant work experience
-Experience in Enterprise technology industry
-Experience working in dynamic multi-country and cross-cultural environments
-Proficiency with enterprise tools โ SFDC, Clari, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
-Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible, and open-minded
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
