- As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and conducting system maintenance.
- The role includes onboarding and offboarding employees, including providing new user training.
- You will manage company assets, both physical and digital, including laptops and access to various IT systems.
- Providing tier 1, 2, and 3 IT support and conducting root cause analysis when necessary will be part of your responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of IT work experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and commonly used software is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively assist users and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field is important for this position.
- Candidates should be US citizens and have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
