Builds and maintains business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service as to promote customer loyalty. Provide customer service, to include order entry, order assistance, and web site support, via web chat, phone calls, or internal communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other messages from customers by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
  • Order entry for new and existing customers.
  • Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with sales staff and clients by providing an open and accessible communication for free flow of information
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales.
  • Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders.
  • Considered a "go to" person for all customer inquiries.
  • May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues.
  • Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
  • Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
  • Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP system, preferred.
  • Able to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Speak conversational English.
