Senior Talent Lead

Omnea is scaling fast after raising its Series B in September 2025 -- and hiring is one of the most important levers we have. We're looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take end-to-end ownership of GTM roles for one of our hiring managers, owning the whole process from sourcing to close.

You'll partner directly with our Chief Commercial Officer Abs. In the interim, you'll dotted-line report into both our CFO Sabrina and your primary Hiring Manager partner, but you will report directly to our Talent Leader once they're hired.

You'll work to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area of excellence. You'll drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing. You'll help us recruit top-tier talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a career.
