We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Account Manager to strengthen Omio's global network of supply partnerships and accelerate our commercial growth. This role combines strategic account leadership, commercial negotiation and revenue ownership with a strong focus on building long-term, high-value relationships across rail, bus, and ferry providers.
Senior Commercial Account Manager
This role is a Senior Account Manager position with a strong operations-first focus, particularly in the initial phase. The core responsibility is managing a large and diverse partner portfolio (40+ partners) across multiple countries, including a mix of long-tail accounts and strategic key partners (e.g. major rail operators such as Trenitalia).
The role is centered on day-to-day partner management and operational excellence: ensuring existing partners are well managed, relationships are healthy, performance is tracked, and priorities are handled efficiently without burnout. The successful candidate will be highly organised, autonomous, and capable of working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
While the role is not primarily about defining high-level inventory or company-wide strategy, it does require seniority in partner interactions. The individual must be comfortable engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers on the partner side, steering complex or difficult conversations with confidence and credibility.
A strong revenue and growth instinct remains essential. The role requires the ability to identify and act on revenue opportunities within existing partnerships, even if strategic ownership sits elsewhere. Overall, this is a senior operational account role for someone who can manage scale, complexity, and senior relationships effectively across a broad partner portfolio.
