This is an on-site position based in Sanford, FL. We are seeking highly motivated Medical Sales Trainees - Interventional X-Ray to join our team of top-performing professionals. What You'll Do As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while developing the core skills needed to succeed in medical sales:

• Receive one-on-one coaching from experienced account managers
• Actively participate in the sales process
• Develop skills in negotiation, project planning, lead generation, and closing deals
• Build strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Take on meaningful, high-impact responsibilities within the department
• Complete training and professional development programs
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare manufacturing industry

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree (minimum) in any discipline
• Willingness and ability to travel out of state
• Strong interest in transitioning into a sales role with uncapped commission
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
