About the Role:
We're seeking a high-energy, proactive, detail-oriented Inventory Support Specialist to support our production operations. In this role, you'll help ensure that materials, parts, and supplies are efficiently managed so our teams can deliver world-class imaging systems on time. You'll be a vital link between production planning and manufacturing — helping Omega deliver innovative imaging systems that advance patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage Production Planning Action Reports to signal work order needs.
- Process work orders and ensure timely part pulls for manufacturing assemblies.
- Organize and maintain parts inventory, bins, and storage locations.
- Support weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including unpacking, inspection, data entry in ERP systems, and preparation of outgoing shipments.
- Ensure materials are ready and available for manufacturing as needed.
- Support audit and reporting tasks to maintain inventory integrity.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in material management or production planning within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High energy and the ability to multi-task and operate under minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
