Schedule (Work Hours): Maximum of 40 hours expected to work per week. May be required to work after business hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

Summary (description): The Events & HR Coordinator will assist in researching, developing, securing, processing and servicing catering events and private event business from both social and corporate groups, through active promotion, solicitation, and prospecting while providing exceptional guest experiences. This position will work with local key influencers such as event planners, hotels, chamber of commerce to bring in potential business.
You will help coordinate all arrangements from inquiry to the actual event for various on and off-site catering and event groups by working closely with the catering and events department.
You will be responsible for assisting the HR department with projects on an as needed basis.
You will report directly to the Events & Catering Director and the Humans Resources Director.
