The Online Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operational aspects of all Estonian online gaming platforms, ensuring optimal player experience, platform uptime, regulatory compliance, and the effective coordination between development, customer support, and marketing teams.

• Experience in online business operations with a track record of maintaining and increasing operational KPIs (P&L, Growth, NPS).
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in situation analysis, problem solving and facilitating solution implementation.
• Experience in delivering software projects and working with development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams in both direct reporting lines and matrix structures, with strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.

• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the business.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.

Qualifications Minimum:

• Oversee daily operations of live casinos and sportsbook platforms. Handle player experience, real-time issue resolution, and coordinate updates with tech teams.
• Work in close cooperation with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels and maximizing player acquisition and retention.
• Plan in-game events, promotions, and launches with marketing and product teams. Track key KPIs and implement actions to boost engagement and retention.
• Manage relationships with external vendors (games, payments, IT, legal, etc.). Support feature rollouts, regulatory changes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure platform compliance with all regulations. Monitor behavior and transactions to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to guide decisions. Monitor budgets, forecast needs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support new product ideas and track industry trends and competitors. Help onboard new providers and test updates for Casino, Sports, and Poker.
• Lead and support teams across operations, support, and product. Manage performance, encourage teamwork in both direct and matrix structures, and keep departments aligned to reach business goals.
