The Account Manager at O&B is responsible for managing all facets of client's needs for hospitality management services within office spaces. These services will range from daily meal orders, pantry snacks, coffee services and full service catering. Through the catering cycle of service, the Account Manager is thorough and detailed in all communications with clients, utilizing Tripleseat to ensure accurate event details are shared with the client and teams. The Account Manager provides exceptional service and ensures customer satisfaction for each account at all times. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, organization, and detail when providing customer service and completing event related tasks.
