Descriptif Du Poste :
OLIVER develops, worldwide, creative in-house agencies dedicated to brands. OLIVER is looking for a Global Program Director for one of its main clients, a major international food player. The Global Program Director will lead the transformation of a large international content creation studio from a strategic, operational, and financial perspective. The missions are as follows:
- Define a new operating model and pilot the global transformation of the account (organization, process, tools, technology, etc.) across several business units and markets
- Collaborate with the Client Partner and the group's management to accompany and convince client teams at a very senior level
- Structure the operational organization of the account (modes of collaboration, priorities, processes, ways of working, etc.) relying on the group's tools
- Evaluate and implement the most relevant services and technologies within the group, in collaboration with experts
- Supervise and optimize the efficiency of project delivery
- Manage operational risks and arbitrate priorities with the concerned businesses
- Supervise and optimize the use of resources across different markets
- Manage the budget with precision (revenue, expenses, margin), anticipate financial risks, and implement corrective action plans on different brands and regions
- Define indicators (quality, deadlines, costs, client satisfaction) and produce regular reports to ensure regular follow-up
- Map and optimize processes to gain efficiency
- Define clear responsibilities (RACI) by business
Profil Recherche :
- 12 years of minimum experience in a similar position (Program Director, Operations Director, etc.)
- Experience in leading change in a complex organization and an international context
- Ability to combine strategic vision and operational efficiency
- Ability to collaborate with and convince senior client counterparts
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Mastery of commercial logics and cost-control on large accounts
- Experience in using technology to improve the efficiency of content creation processes (AI, automation, data, workflows, etc.)
- Experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams (optimization of resources, RACI, mentoring, etc.)
- Experience and strong interest in technology and AI tools
- Bilingual English/French
