✨ About The Role

- Responsible for designing, prototyping, and refining production-scale remotely-operated electrochemical molten salt process equipment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility design, chemical and electrochemical engineering, process modeling, and quality assurance - Define process equipment architecture, specifications, and performance criteria, and lead technical aspects through multiple lifecycle stages - Generate technical documentation for regulatory filings, fabricate prototypes, and guide installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of process equipment - Work in a highly iterative startup environment, proposing creative solutions to technical challenges and contributing to the advancement of clean energy technologies

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced engineer with a background in Mechanical, Materials, Petroleum, Aerospace, or Chemical engineering, ideally with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience - Proficient in 3D modeling and CAD software, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and systems engineering intuition - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to propose novel solutions to technical problems and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, capable of generating technical documentation and reports - Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, passionate about clean energy and making advanced fission a reality
