Project Manager

Location: Owasso, OK 74055 Pay rate: $51 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm Experience required: 5–10 years of experience in construction project management only! Role overview the project manager – service is responsible for managing construction-related projects from initiation through completion. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity from inception to completion
• Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project performance goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Track project progress and performance against established goals
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks
• Monitor and communicate project status to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Plan and monitor project budgets and resource allocation
• Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution
• Document project activities, decisions, and lessons learned
• Maintain accurate project records, notes, and databases
• Assign resources and guide team members through all project phases
• Coach and provide developmental feedback to team members

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
