As a Patient Services Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing communication within the hospital environment. You will be responsible for efficiently answering and routing inbound calls and messages to medical staff, dispatching clinical messages, and monitoring alarms and codes. Ensuring accurate on-call schedules for departments and physicians will also be a key part of your duties.

Pay and Benefits:
