Essential Functions:
Greet and assist visitors/prospective students/adjunct staff. Provide information to visitors/prospective students. Assist in general office operations as required. Stay up to date on ACD course offerings & other Tulsa Tech offerings. Monitor instructors check in/out for accurate reporting of time. Inform ACD Admin/Campus Admin of any emergencies, incidents, or accidents. Check out & in classroom books and keys to adjunct staff. Contact IT Night Support when required. Reassign classrooms when required & communicate changes. Assist in classroom & or personnel discipline issues in absence of Adult Coordinator & report to ACD Coordinator & Administration. Contact 1st Responder/EMSA/ACD Coordinator/ACD Admin in the event of a medical emergency. Communicate facilities issues with appropriate staff (i.e. building use issues, etc.). Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Requires 3 years of experience in business or education, with excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as written and oral communication. Requires sound judgment, decision making and problem solving capabilities. Position also requires ability to multi-task and perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines/requirements for accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Education: Associates degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.

Salary Schedule: Standard rate schedule for non-regular (temporary, adjunct, substitute) and regular part-time employees
Hiring Range: $17 per hour
