Bilingual HR Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK Industry: Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations at our Tulsa manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment and is passionate about building a strong, engaged employee culture. You will manage and develop an established HR team of five, partnering closely with plant leadership to ensure best-in-class HR practices, compliance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an existing HR team of five professionals
• Build and sustain a strong, positive employee culture aligned with company values
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
• Own and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Oversee safety-focused HR practices in a manufacturing environment, in close partnership with EHS and operations
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts
• Drive engagement initiatives, training programs, and leadership development
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications & Experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Manufacturing background strongly with a solid understanding of safety and compliance expectations
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
• Strong working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, and create a strong employee culture
• Confident, approachable leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
