I&E Engineer Opportunity

System One is seeking a skilled I&E Engineer for an oil and gas client in the Tulsa area. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and have experience with process skids and OEM products.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain instrument data sheets, control narratives, and basis of design documentation.
• Create data sheets for instrumentation and provide Input/Output (I/O) lists for clients.
• Review control systems for skid-based plants and heater projects.
• Conduct factory acceptance tests, including procedure creation, troubleshooting, and client witnessing.
• Specify control valves, shutdown valves, and instrumentation, including level, flow, and measurement devices.
• Ensure familiarity with burner management systems (BMS) and adhere to industry standards.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in conduit, wiring, conduit fittings, and tubing/tube fittings.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong technical background in instrumentation and control systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
