HVAC Mobile Engineer

This is a first-shift, Monday-Friday role in Oklahoma City, OK, supporting the "Techs on Demand" account. As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, you'll be responsible for comprehensive maintenance and repair services across a range of properties. This includes preventative maintenance to maximize system efficiency and addressing any needed corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. Your skills will be crucial in keeping facilities running smoothly and safely. This position is within the Engineering and Technical Services function. You will directly contribute to maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring the overall operational efficiency of the facilities you support.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
  • Review work orders, estimate resource needs, and maintain necessary supplies and tools.
  • Develop and execute programs to extend the lifespan of building systems and handle all repairs and emergency maintenance.
  • Review inspections to guarantee equipment operates within design parameters and adheres to client-specified environmental conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to all codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
  • Apply in-depth technical knowledge to solve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Mentor others, share expertise, and build consensus to achieve agreements.
  • Influence a range of activities, work within established guidelines, and explain complex information.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required.
  • Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.
