Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team and provide support in Tulsa, OK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform field technical product support
• Assist with installations and repairs or maintenance tasks of technology products
• Resolve customer technical issues and answer questions
• Keep record of system problems and issues
• Perform routine tasks as directed and under close supervision

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
• Experience with large scale printers is a plus
• Good working knowledge of computers and computer systems
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain documentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and handle scheduling the work queue efficiently
• Willing to work with others and share knowledge with the team
• Willing to learn, friendly and personable
• Able to keep a calm demeanor even when dealing with difficult situations

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $16.00 - $22.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
