We are seeking a proactive, technically-skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive critical support processes within our healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate will develop and refine processes to ensure that each new incident becomes an opportunity for system improvement, thereby reducing risk and enhancing service continuity.
Strong technical background in Cerner Millennium or equivalent EHR systems. Proven experience in project management, particularly in healthcare IT environments. Ability to develop and refine processes for incident management and service improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve project challenges.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
