Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2 for Hillcrest Medical Center located in Tulsa, OK. Hillcrest Medical Center is a 620-bed hospital and is among Oklahoma's most widely respected and acclaimed hospitals, offering extraordinary care and a multitude of services in many areas including the state's largest dedicated heart hospital.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You Bring

Experience leading, training and managing a team in a healthcare environment; develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery; customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality; strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program; experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines; proficiency with computers and other technology; ability to speak Spanish will assist in managing this workforce (preferred, not required); and ability to work a 1st shift schedule (start time is 7:00am) Monday through Friday with a weekend and holiday rotation.
