Job Summary

This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September. Summary: Responsible for client communication, clerical functions and administrative support of premium service area operations. He/she will have thorough knowledge of menus, orders and operations as well as being point of contact for customers during the event. Reports directly to the Senior Catering Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and emails in a professional and client centric manner, Monday - Friday and gamedays.
• Contacts clients to collect foodservice orders and process payment.
• Create hot & cold sheets for kitchen staff, by event.
• Ensure foodservice orders are delivered on time and accurately.
• Oversee end of night break down of premium areas, including suites and pantry.
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, managers and culinary department.
• Perform end of night reporting and oversee counts of liquor product.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health regulations.
• Follow Levy Safety and Sanitation practices and train when necessary.
• Assist in managing other premium areas as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience, preferably in foodservice setting.
• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.
