Position is located in Holmes County, Millersburg, OH. This position will serve as support for the Holmes Co Extension Staff, including 4-H Youth Development, Family & Consumer Sciences, and Agriculture & Natural Resources. The ideal candidate for the Holmes County Office Services Coordinator position will be a person who has a passion for providing Holmes County residents with unbiased information and providing outstanding customer service to our clientele. This person will provide a positive attitude and influence while embracing the development of connections and relationships within the office and the community.
The primary responsibilities will include: Assist with daily operations in the Holmes County Extension office. Providing point of contact and customer service for Holmes Co. Extension Clientele through in person, phone, or e-mail requests. In addition, this position may provide support for all program event marketing by gathering information and working to ensure materials are prepared and distributed as directed. This may include e-mails, announcements for the organization and/or publication of newsletters along with social media presence and website updates. Provide support for Extension Educators and program staff, as well as front line customer service to clientele; perform various front office duties and back up on phones; provide technical assistance to Educators/program staff, including editing and proof reading newsletters, reports, and other correspondence; maintain files and records; operate general office equipment; assist with other aspects as needed.
This position may also provide support for program staff for upcoming events such as meetings, clinics or classes.
The position requires working 32 hours per week, typically within an 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. workday, Monday-Friday, however occasionally hours outside of these times may be required for assistance at programs and events.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this profile is $15.86 - $20.74/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
