This position is located in Meigs County. Responsible for secretarial and accounting duties. Organizes and supervises support team multi-task activities and situations in the daily operation of the Meigs County Extension Office. Communicates and works closely with program staff; volunteers, and customer clientele in the development and generation of research-based information such as newsletters, mailings, inquiries, and other forms of communication. Provides support with reconciling, reporting, submitting requests for payment/reimbursement of funds, cost recovery, grant support, records retention, PCard manager, maintenance of POs and local checking account. Assists with state office requests such as payroll, 4-H and other program reports, payment reimbursements, and meeting preparations. Maintains website updates and assists in managing social media sites.
Minimum Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. The pay range for this profile is $15.86-$20.74/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
