The position provides front-line information service at the Mahoning County Extension Office in Canfield, OH. The position will provide reception, information on programs, take registration information, refer clients and works with forms for client questions. The focus of the position is on receiving, assessing, and relaying basic information relating to the programs and/or operations of the Extension Office, in response to requests and inquiries received. This position assists with related information searches, reporting information, data input and record keeping for the Extension office.

Minimum required qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this profile is $15.15 - $19.79/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
